its december

christmas is in a few days. schools out on the 24th. suprisingly, no snow. but i'm sure that we will set a new record soon. i got my mid-terms yesterday. not very proud of em, but i will hopefully bring them up. my christmas tree is on every night. oh... and my house looks like the north pole when all the lights are on. come see 'em. their grand. well.... merry christmas. and i probably wont be posting til like febuarary, so happy new year as well!!!

another thing that is kind of taking priority in my life is my pen pal. she is from south africa. even though i have only emailed her a few times, i can tell i am going to love her. (not in a weird way) she is a great soul. hopefully i will be able to really know her and talk more about her.

Fun, fun, fun!!!

last night i went to the state fair. saw an amazing concert by "Wilson Phillips". (i bet you would know who they were if you heard them). and i had a great time with my family. nice break away from school :)

school (i despise that word)

school started 3 days ago. i was fine with going to school but i had a wake up call in my first period. homework. i didnt miss it and now i just want it to go away. too bad i am not magic. i got another wake up call. people change. especially your best friends or those secret crushes. they dont remember you. or even remember your name. and that sucks. cuz i liked my friends. and my last wake up call was that no matter what, you are not in charge. even if you are in the oldest grade. nobody cares. especially the teachers and those jerks that crowd the hallways. i wish i could have the most perfect school year ever. but that probably will never happen.

And....... they're off!!

so girls camp is tomorrow. i havent finished packing, still need to do a bunch of stuff, and i have to be at my young womens president's house in less than 15 hours. i think that it is really funny that i am on my blog when i should be packing. my mom is just making dinner and i am just waiting for her to help me. i really hope that i will have lots of fun and feel the spirit. especially considering that i am the only one required to do a 5 mile hike, i hope that i will make it to the end of the week. when i get back, either saturday or sunday, i will be posting stories, and hopefully some pictures. my hair will be a giant grease ball, i will smell like pine, and fire, and i will never want to go on a single hike, but i know that if heavenly father didnt love me, he wouldnt make all these wonderful things happen to me :) be posting soon!!!

New movies are on the way!!

So......... i don't really have anything to write about except for the fact that i just saw how much money harry potter made and that gave me an idea. for those who care.... HP 7 pt 2 made 168.6 million dollars in the us and 307 million dollars internationally!! holy cow!! i still have yet to see that movie as well as many others such as "Pirates of the Caribbean", Transformers, and any other ones that have come out recently. the last movie that i saw was "17 Miracles" and it was truly amazing. I would strongly recommend it to anyone that is in need of proof that this church (the Mormon church) is the only true one.

When does school start?!?!?!?

So..... many of you may be going on fun vacations or having lots of fun plans. I well... don't. I don't have any friends near by that i can hang out with, i don't have any fun vacations planed, my life is kind of well... boring. I just cant wait for school to start so i can start hanging out with my friends have having (i'm afraid to say it) homework so that i have something to do. every once in a while i do have something fun to do. like today, me and my sister left our house at 10 and we walked down to the south jordan library. on our way we got to get to know each other by asking "would you rather" questions and just talking. another example is when i get to go to my wonderful cousins/aunts house, which i try to do every week. the time that i spend there is rather well... long. i go there and sometimes stay for a few hours to help babysit, and other times i stay for several days. i love going there and i love spending time there. THANX jodi and alexis for being the best. i luv you guys! (and anyone else that will read this post :))

What time is it.... summertime

8 more days of school. My plans: wake up early (like 7) to go running, come home, swim until noon, watch tv, swim some more, then go to bed late. What are you summer plans? Any fun vacations or summer loves? I would love to hear from you guys.
So...... my FAVORITE tv show ever, BONES, had a season finale last night and it was one of the best episodes  really, really close to the one last week. I highly recommend this show to anyone that loves a good tv show with mystery, romance, and suspense. I can't wait for the next season. In fact, I got online last night to find out when it starts and still haven't figured it out yet. Hope you tune in with me on the season premiere that is coming soon!!!

Here comes the bride/groom........

As of April 23rd, 2011, I have a sister-in-law. I was pleased to wake up early, get dresses, cut fruit, and prepare to see my brother get married in the Salt Lake City temple at noon. I was also pleased to come home and get in my outfit, and go to a wonderful reception at which I helped with the dessert. I know that because I have a new member of my family, it means more blessings and experiences that I get to share with my sister-in-law (and hopefully nieces and nephews). I am grateful for the wonderful opportunity that I got to spend time with friends and family at the reception (and me and two of my cousins saw a really cute boy named Skylar). I look forward to spending time with my new sister-in-law!!!
